THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY EVEN IF WING SNOB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

Wing Snob will have thirty (30) days to respond to and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith during this period.

10.2 Binding Arbitration

10.4 Small Claims Court Exception
